The CACTUS machine may not be used directly for personal gain.
In other words, don't conduct a business from this host.

However, it may be used to explore business opportunities (i.e.
converse with others on the possibilities of a business) and to
pursue possible employment opportunities.

In addition, the Internet services that CACTUS provides may not
be used for business purposes.

You may not use CACTUS or its services for criminal activity.
It seems silly to say this, but it must be said.  CACTUS will
persue and prosecute anyone using this machine or its services
to engage in criminal activities.

You may NOT share your account with others.  You will be held
responsible for the usage of your account whether or not the
usage was by someone else.
