To members with local accounts we offer electronic mail, news, and
Internet services such as ftp and telnet.  We also have a full range of
unix and PD software installed and PD sources for anyone interested in
having a copy.

For members who wish to use their own machines for Internet access, we
offer SLIP and PPP links.  Internet services via SLIP and PPP are
subject to the normal CACTUS usage restrictions.

We supply uucp mail feeds without restriction to other sites.  We offer
news feeds based on our capability of feeding the other site.
Connections will remain in effect based on how well the other site
maintains the connection.  We require a minimum of 1 poll a day for a
polling only connection and USENET map or DNS registration of the site.

We also offer domain addresses within the cactus.org domain for
connected UUCP, SLIP, and PPP sites.
