In general, CACTUS expects you to behave like a responsible adult.

Illegal and abusive activities will not be tolerated.  See the Computer
Crimes Bill for details.

You should not share your account with anyone.  We have limited
resources available for use by members.  Control of those resources
becomes difficult when accounts are shared.  Change your password often
to prevent breakins.

Due to the limited number of phone lines, we ask that you put a limit
on the amount of time you spend logged in at any given time.  This will
allow others to login as well as uucp and mail delivery to take place.
